Designing for the mountains is a dream project as skiing and snow has been my passion since childhood,
I therefore put all my expertise and experience into joining two adjacent properties which were redesigned to comprise of a spacious
living area with two separate suites ideal for family privacy.

With a day’s skiing in mind and then relaxing in front of a roaring fire, I imagined light wood for the flooring, panels and doors, grey stones,
cashmere plaids, contemporary furniture in soft fabrics which characterise the warm and cozy “chalet” style. I used natural noble materials,
modern but giving an overall warm ambiance using natural shades with drapes in grey flannel, headboards in exquisite imitation fur, sheepskin throws
and rugs and cow print wallpaper compliments the soft palette of fabrics and cream background.

The results were perfect for high altitude living lifestyle in all seasons.
