Residences Ritz carlton

This stunning 1000 square meters condominium situated on the last floor is the result of two separate
apartments combined, originally purchased by my clients with the idea to create an ultra modern masterpiece. There
are six fabulous en-suite bedrooms each with spacious dressings, an immense living and entertainment space,
two kitchens equipped with floor to ceiling wine cellar and a palatial dining area….

My work included the re-design and new distribution of space including structural modification, new remodelling
of the new floor plan and concept design, project coordination with mood board presentations. Great attention was given
to the choice of marble for the colossal flooring and vast kitchens and bathrooms. Special textured wall finishes along
with custom door and cabinet handles complete the contemporary feel. This penthouse is not yet completed as
the choice of furnishings are work in progress.
